The company said that the problems were related to a “technical issue with a small number of users” on its website.
Esco said in a statement that it had “a number of technical issues” on the website but was working with “several of our users” to resolve the issues.
The issues are affecting “a small number” of users on the company’s social media accounts, it added.
In a statement, a spokesperson for the company said: “We are currently investigating a technical issue with the escos.com website.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will be contacting our users shortly.”
Esco also said that it would be launching a refund page, which it said would be available for “all users affected by the issue”.
It said that users would be able to log in to their account using their name, email address and password.
